PS Advisors has developed a comprehensive methodology for managing divestitures and acquisitions in numerous regulatory jurisdictions.  Our M&A experience encompasses 12 casino locations across 9 jurisdictions that impact some of the largest casino enterprises in North America.

Design/Build Technology Owner’s Representative

Our Design/Build Services focus on the design, construction, and expansion of gaming and hospitality venues.  These services incorporate continual document reviews of design and construction documents to address operational areas, in scope technology, associated equipment requirements, and compliance requirements. These tasks include coordination with Contractor and Sub Trades including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Low Voltage, Security/Surveillance, Audio/Visual, Millwork, and Food Service for design, construction, installation, completion, and deficiency identification and remediation.
